Czech Floats new 950 and 750 lb. floats

The quality and workmanship obtained during assembly by our highly skilled sheet metal fabricators can be seen throughout the building process. Starting with initial assembly and fabrication followed by disassembly, and then traveling to the paint shop for all interior surfaces to be painted with zinc chromate.  Followed by final assembly, where all previously painted parts are bonded together with urethane sealant compounds. After the assembly process is complete and the customer has chosen final color, the floats go to our professional downdraft spray booth facility for the beginning stages of the painting process.  Typically Dupont two-part epoxy primers are used followed by Dupont linear urethane paints.
